How this static site handles browser-local records, consent choices and ordinary hosting data.
What this site stores
The service-request builder, machine checklist and cookie choice use localStorage in your browser. Keys begin with vifacnc_. This information remains on the device and browser profile where you entered it. The site code does not transmit it to VIFA CNC.
Service-request fields
You may enter a name, optional email and phone, machine category, control family, symptom and urgency. Do not include passwords, access credentials, payment information or confidential production data. You can copy, download or clear the record from the request page.
Hosting and network data
A web host may process ordinary request data such as IP address, requested path, time and user agent for security and delivery. The operator should document the chosen host before deployment. This static build contains no analytics, advertising pixels or third-party form endpoint.
Your controls
Use the clear action on the request page, clear checklist items individually, or remove site storage in browser settings. Declining the cookie prompt stores only the decline choice so the prompt does not repeat.
